JUSTINSURANCE LLC COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

JustInsurance LLC offers online courses to registered users. By clicking “I Agree” during registration, you consent to the terms of this Agreement. Each course provided by JustInsurance LLC is accessible for 60 days from your registration date. The term “use” refers to utilizing the course and exchanging any information related to it. You must provide accurate and complete registration details. Failure to do so will result in a breach of this Agreement, allowing us to terminate your course access immediately. By selecting “I Agree,” you confirm that you will complete all quizzes and final exams independently, without outside assistance. You may not share your password or course access with others. You are fully responsible for any actions related to your course usage. Your password must remain confidential and not be shared. We collect your Social Security number and date of birth solely for identity verification purposes with the Department of Insurance’s electronic database for licensees and applicants. By agreeing, you authorize us to share your course information with state testing centers, insurance departments, and any third-party insurance agencies or companies.

REFUND POLICY:

By selecting “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read and understood the following refund policy:

– If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have completed less than 50% of the course, we will issue a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.

– If you request a refund after 24 hours but within 30 days of purchase, and you have completed less than 50% of the course, a refund will be issued minus a $24.95 processing fee.

– No refunds will be provided if requested after 30 days or if more than 50% of the course has been completed.

FOR USERS APPLYING DISCOUNT CODES:

If you have a discount code provided by your department, please go back and apply it. If you fail to do so, a credit card processing fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the discount amount. To apply your code, return to part 1 of the transaction under “Review Cart” and enter the code in the upper-right corner of the page. Once the code is correctly applied, the updated price will reflect.
